This is a full time position with great health and retirement benefits. 5 days per week in office attendance is required. The position reports to Bennet Engelhardt, Marketing Director.

As Content Manager, you will be responsible for executing search engine optimization recommendations. You will manage content strategies and creation with the goal of increasing organic traffic and social media visibility and engagement. These tactics include, but are not limited to:

• Keyword and competitive research and analysis
• Unique, onsite content creation and optimization
• Optimization of off-site assets including blogs, Facebook and Twitter accounts, and local listings
• Blog writing
• Management of social media efforts - development and implementation of engaging campaigns
• Report writing
• Ranking and traffic reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Social media experience: Twitter and Facebook fluency a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field not required but a plus
• 1-2 years experience with direct SEO writing
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, concepts, and tools
• An understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience writing blogs preferred
• Web development skills a major plus
• The ability to think critically and develop insights from data
• Ability to work effectively on a team and professionally interact with clients
• Fluency in both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Fluency in FireFox, Safari, IE 7,8,9, and Chrome
• Fluency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
