Bay Tree Apartments came to WebSight Design in need of a new website design and improved site functionality as well as a branding refresh and logo design. Located in Scotts Valley in Santa Cruz County, the apartment community is in the perfect location for an easy commute to both Silicon Valley and the beaches of Santa Cruz. The complex offers stunning views, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, a heated pool and spa, a fitness center, a playground, and BBQ facilities. We created a new user-friendly site that allows prospective tenants to quickly discover the complex's amenities and view photos, both critical marketing components for a real estate client. We also optimized their apartment floor plans for the web to improve viewing of the unit layouts.
