A licensed real estate broker for over 20 years, Chris Glave focuses on real estate in Southern Marin and San Francisco. Chris has been with Pacific Union for many years and is based out of the brokerages's downtown Mill Valley real estate office. One of the top 10 real estate brokerages in the country, Pacific Union is the dominant brand in Northern California’s luxury real estate market. Chris' children attend local public schools in Mill Valley. Chris is a member of the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Tam High Foundation, Mill Valley Little League, and Mill Valley Soccer Club. Chris needed a new mobile-optimized web site with a professional design and a content management system. Chris had a relatively small budget, but was willing to make the best use of it. Chris collaborated on a quick design process and provided very effective client-side content preparation, QA, and review. This allowed us to launch a site that would normally cost significantly more for Chris's budget. The site includes a Featured Listings section, which is a custom CMS module that allows Chris to easily manage his listings and insure high quality (i.e. not from the MLS) photography. The site also includes MLS Property Search, which in this case was a snap, because of the copy-and-pastable widgets in Chris’s Real Scout account. Based in Silicon Valley, Real Scout is a real estate software start up that has developed a platform that provides agents with property search, email alert, and client account tools. Pacific Union provides Real Scout accounts to all of its real estate professionals.
