The Hard Rock Hotel came to WSD with a need to preserve the look of their flash site with large graphics and great visuals, while switching to a functional, high data capable, SEO friendly site with flawless functionality.

The Challenge

With a high profile name like Hard Rock, the site needed to have an impeccable transition from their old site to the new site. While preserving the look and feel of their old site, WSD aimed to create a multi dimensional site that provided support for all of Hard Rock's sectors - restaurants, music venues, hotels, casinos, shops, and clubs. The information coming in from all of these ventures needed to be intertwined to create an organized database of users. Online booking, ticketing, and reservations needed to be available and accessible both on the website and from mobile devices.

Our Solution

WSD built the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino a PHP site with yii Framework to fulfill their needs of a highly functional site while maintaining the stunning and modern look with visuals and graphics. This advancement also helped with SEO purposes, as meta data is applicable on non flash sites. The user interface showcases a navigation bar with different options available at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, each page representing one of the Hard Rock's sectors. Booking a room, buying tickets to concerts, reserving a table, and much more is all available on the site and from a mobile device. All of the options to connect with Hard Rock, including the "Backstage Pass" access, is available via the mobile site that WSD created.

With so many options to get connected, Hard Rock needed a system to organically organize their database of the multitude of information they receive from those who stay, dine, game, party, shop, and relax within their establishments. WSD created a CRM for Hard Rock to have tighter control over users's information and email lists which instantly simplifies their marketing procedures.
