Marin Fine Homes: Case Study

Bay Area real estate agent Tracy McLaughlin hired our team to upgrade her existing brand to merge with her recent purchase of the area's premier real estate brokerage, Pacific Union.

The Challenge

Tracy and Pacific Union are the area's top-producers in real estate sales. Her website, MarinFineHomes.com, needed a visual upgrade to reflect her high-end brand and clientele. She also needed a mobile site that both agents and buyers alike could access on the go. Tracy wanted to eliminate the dark and outdated feel of her previous web site, as well as gain the ability for her in-house staff to manage her property listings and maintain her extensive media library. She was looking for both "simplified" and "enhanced."

Our Solution

With depth of experience in the real estate website market, we knew what her competition had — and didn't have. We created a user interface that was bright, clean, and visually inviting. A pared-down navigation menu and the simplicity of the layout allows site users to easily find what they're looking for. Additionally, we built a robust content management system that gives Tracy the ability to manage multiple areas of her web site, including property listings, videos, page content, and contact form entries. Easy access to Tracy's social media networks gives users multiple ways to connect with our client.

A mobile-specific version of MarinFineHomes.com delivers the same clean look and rich content in a mobile- and tablet-compatible user interface. Users can swipe through photos and content, and view virtual tours and press videos.
