We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based out of our Sausalito headquarters.

Job Description

WSD is looking for a full-time, junior to mid-level digital marketing specialist who has experience across a wide variety of Internet marketing disciplines: SEO, Social Media, Blogging, PPC, Web Analytics and more. We are looking for someone who has a sharp eye for social media trends, is a quick learner, a team player, and is excited to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Reporting to our Director of Digital Marketing, this position plays a key role in actively managing the Internet Marketing needs of WSD’s clients. Local candidates only please.


  • Keep track of multiple digital marketing projects and manage time accordingly
  • Assist with ongoing SEO tasks (keyword research, page titles, meta descriptions, 301 redirects, XML sitemaps, link building, etc.)
  • Track and analyze site analytics for select clients
  • Assist with PPC campaign management and ad copywriting
  • Gather, edit, and arrange text, video, audio, and images for blogging and social media posting
  • Write blog posts for clients and understand the intricacies of a compelling, seo-juicy blog post
  • Field client support phone calls and reach out to clients directly regarding projects
  • Manage existing client content requests and track requested site updates
  • Maintain version updates for existing websites and blogs on a monthly basis

Required Skills

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with project management experience
  • Experience with multiple CMS systems, such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal
  • Ability to use a wide variety of social media and SEO tools on a daily basis
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to write basic blog posts and create engaging social media content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong editing, grammar and proofreading skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Photoshop, PicMonkey, Canva, or other image editing tools a plus
  • Know how to use standard web tools like FTP, text editors, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, etc.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML preferred
  • Comfortable multi-tasking across multiple applications
  • Experience with social media website integrations like Open Graph, Twitter Cards, and Pins is a plus

We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst, based out of our Sausalito headquarters. 

The Digital Marketing Analyst is Responsible for performing research and making recommendations regarding the market trends, competitors, existing customers, and current campaigns. The Digital Marketing Analyst reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.


Based on performance metrics set forth by clients and account managers, you will be expected to aggregate, analyze, evaluate and report on digital marketing campaigns (email, organic SEO, and PPC campaigns) on the merit of performance and opportunities.
