Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the Park Plaza Apartments (PPA) are situated along commuter routes and downtown Mountain View.
PPA has been a long-standing client of WebSight Design (WSD). Recently, the company was sold and the new management opted to stay with WSD to develop a website from the ground up. Prior to working with WSD, the client's only online presence was through Apartments.com, where it was limited by the structure and format of that platform. As well, PPA’s listings were displayed alongside competitors. With a proprietary website, PPA can showcase its best assets in a fully branded and tailored environment.
The client had an existing logo and color scheme, which WSD leveraged throughout the site. The large tagline on the home page, “Remote or not, this is your spot!”, speaks to a young tenant base that works in tech or attends the local colleges. An editable amenities list allows Park Plaza to highlight – with descriptions and photos – any call-outs that make the apartment complex special and appeal to potential residents.
The Apartments module allows PPA to add and edit apartments, customizing all the data, including description, photo gallery, floor plan, video, sizing and price.
The site is fully responsive, and has click-to-call functionality on every page.
