Meet the Team

Noah Furhman, Chief Executive Officer
Noah is an internet systems expert with over 25 years of industry experience. His focuses are growing the business, managing our team and ensuring we continue to serve our clients with dedication, value, and personal touch.
Paul Siegel, Chief Operating Officer
Paul is a multi talented industry veteran with skills including design, video / sound production, programming, and management. He worked for WebSight Design in the 1990's and is now back as our Chief Operating Officer.
Stephanie Long, Creative Director
Stephanie has a fine arts education and more than 20 years of web design experience. Stephanie leads our design and production teams and has been with WSD since 2000.
Vanessa Thomas, Director of Web Development
Vanessa comes from a software development education background and is a sales/marketing veteran. She heads the development department and has been managing technical projects for over 15 years.
Leah Rosenthal, Director of Digital Marketing
Leah is a seasoned marketer & savvy merchant with the expertise to deliver analytically-minded results. Leah directs customized strategies for clients & WSD. Integrated internet solutions include: SEO, PPC, cross-channel marketing, lead generation & content creation.
Robert Mudgett, Technology Director
Rob's expertise in software stems from about 1980 when he first began writing programs. Rob leads our programming teams and is the lead engineer on larger, more complicated projects.
Gustave Wuterich, Director of Information Technology
Gustave delivers over 20 years of experience from frontline technical support and client guidance to backend troubleshooting and quality assurance. There are few areas he hasn’t immersed himself in when it comes to all things technical during his 15 years with the team.
Eric Levin, Engineer
Eric is an expert web engineer with over 15 years of daily application development experience. He is also a highly skilled database architect and developer.
Leyna d'Ancona, Business Development Consultant
Leyna has been in web development since 1998. Graduating UC Berkeley in the mid 90s, she has been providing internet technology support since the first dotcom boom. Leyna provides business development consultation & web services working in partnership with WSD since 2004.
Joe Conte, Founder / Chief Strategy Officer
Joe co-founded WebSight Design in 1995. His primary responsibilities include strategy and sales at WebSight Design. He works with new clients to determine the best user experience for their project.
Alex Paine, Founder / Chief Customer Officer
Alex co-founded WebSight Design in 1995. His primary responsibilities include oversight of the sales and finance roles of WebSight Design. He also runs project management for select accounts.
Mac Cady, Consultant
Mac is a 25 year veteran offering web and video services. Many of those years have been with WebSight Design. A man who wears several hats, Mac continues to broaden his understanding of what it is to not only create but create with purpose.
